nets are absolutely not a fringe team anymore. trading mikal put them solidly into the rebuild section. honestly the raptors have a better shot at making the playoffs than they do.
kings are probably fringe. they’ve been at the cusp for 2 years now and demar is a better player than harrison barnes, so at the very least he keeps them in the hunt, but likely moves them up from play in to fringe.
celtics are definitely the favorites in the east, but the knicks and bucks are both serious threats if they can stay healthy. i’d argue you need a tier between playoffs and finals bound that contains those 2 and dallas. i’m not confident about them running it back with klay now, i think he hurts them more than he helps.

Pelicans Can Be Deadly And So is the Heat .
Why i put the Thunder at Finals Bound. The Argument Here is that On Series against Mavs ( Thunder Fan Here) “Definitely Not Glazing” . We Lack Rebound Against Big mens of Mavs. So we Got IHart Solid Center. Kinda the missing Piece. We often play 5 out offense. Reason Giddey ( My Fav Player) Got Traded For Alex Caruso A Decent 3 point shooter and the Goat Defender.

Mavs got worse this offseason and I honestly think with the Timberwolves and Thunder getting good experience that the Mavs drop to just playoff team. Nets are rebuilding, hawks are play in. Heat are playin. Bulls are rebuilding
