We’re back and the Human Highlight Film takes best of all time. Who was the worst starter in Hawks history?

Dennis shroader or Dwight Howard just off expectations and how they actually performed

What does starter mean? Someone who started a game? Or someone who started the majority of games for the Hawks in a season?

Those bleak C days where we had a rotation of Alex Len, Miles Plumlee, Tyler Zeller, Damion Jones, Dewayne Dedmon were so so bad. Can we get a collage of those guys or do I have to pick 1?

Edit. I have chosen Damion Jones. Logic below.

Ive only been watching since the 2011 season, so to me, If we’re talking full time starter, then id say Kent Bazemore. Had one good year off the bench, then we pay the hell outta him only for him to be an underwhelming starter.

Deshawn stevenson is another choice, didnt start all games, but for well over half of the games he played, he started for us.

This is a deep pull but Isaac Humphries. He started a game for us in Trae’s rookie year. His career lasted 5 total games

The actual worst starter is someone who we probably won’t even think of so ima just say Dwight bc the expectations

Alex Len. Dude had hands of stone.

But given the history of the Hawks I’m sure there are many worse I just can’t think of any.

Someone who started more than a handful of games? Damian Jones maybe… he started like 30 games in 2019

A lot of these people being listed sucked on every team they played for.

Timothe Luwawu-Cabarrot…. The only answer. Dude was straight hot garbage.

Jason Collins was shit. Started 38 games in 2 years with the Hawks and averaged 2 points and 2 rebounds per game.

I wasn’t the biggest fan of Marvin Williams, that’s for sure.

I gotta go with Damian Jones. He started a lot more games than he should have. He could jump but that was literally it. He was our starting center when jokic put up 47 on him lol.

Shelden Williams. He started 31 games in the 2006-07 season
