  1. Yea I’ll say it’s outta pocket for the fact he stayed at the line shooting FTs. He averaged maybe a minimum of 15 points from the line alone and they were awful calls. League definitely changed the rule after that too. Once the rule was changed, didn’t see him going off like he used to 🤷🏾‍♂️

  2. Jordan scoring 3000 in a season and averaging 37ppg and having the highest average says everything u need to know

  3. There are great players, and there are great players who are great when it matters most: in the playoffs and finals. A player who's as skilled and talented as Harden is going to have a lot of success in the regular season. However, when you're that same great player, but now your opponent has time to focus on just you and your tendencies for the duration of a series – if you're still great at THAT point – that's another level of greatness. Harden's never done that for an entire series. He's sporadically had a good playoff game here and there before stinking it up again. The other great player mentioned in this video, Kobe, was a completely different story..

  4. Harden overrated as hell. He flops like crazy. Comparing him to Kobe is hella disrespectful. Kobe actually plays to win and actually plays defense

  5. Bro compared to Kobe? Guy that dude had str8 50 point games and actually was unstoppable in the playoffs when teams would adjust. Harden in the playoffs fizzles out cuz teams adjust. Also he dribbles out 2 much of the shot clock. Hot take but Duncan was a better playoff scorer tbh.

  6. Harden not better scorer then Kobe. He better scorer then Teague and Derozen tho

  7. But folks act like what Luka is doing is the first time they’ve seen it. Literally mirrored his game. As a Houstonian it was crazy to witness especially the seasons when injuries struck and we needed every basket. People talk about his “worth ethic” but dude is an iron man he’s not sitting out games. Signed Austin Rivers Kenneth Faried and Tyson Chandler off the streets then had both bigs looking like Capela. Harden won’t be truly appreciated until he’s gone.

  8. I mean what are y’all comparing him to? The old broken down Kobe y’all played against or prime Kobe in an era of defensive basketball that dominated? Dude literally scored more in a season than Harden in a much harder era to play.

  9. Ah yes the traveling james harden era. When one ref didnt see the step back travels on him one game so they reaffirmed their mistake by never calling travel on him again. Even made up some rule justifying his travel. But when literally any other player did James hardens step back (move for move), it was a travel. Even the commentators agreed on it.

  10. Yall forgetting half those points came from "FLOPPING".. That is the problem here!! Refs rewarded the guy all the time

  11. Prime Harden way better then lucky overrated Luka. No debate. And Harden is still going strong at 35. Fatass Luka and these brats like Ant, Ja will never have that longevity.

  12. Whats impressive is dude only have like 3 fking moveset and gameplan was very predictable but still able to get buckets on everyone lol

  13. James Harden remind me of what Tyreek Evans could’ve been if James Harden would work more harder he would have been one of the best shooting guards in the league

  14. Going to the line 12-13 times means he only gotta score like 22-23 a game and with the amount of attempts from took especially from 3, it makes sense ..just saying taking 13 3s a game out if 25 shots u better average 35.not tryna take away from him he abused a broken system put in place to make offense stronger to hype the fans. Im just saying he was already highly skilled if u let him abuse like that it makes sense.

  15. lol!!! No defense and easier era. That comment was stupid. Kobe score from all levels which Harden cannot. Never could.

  16. Nobody mentions the excessive free throws and manipulating the refs for fouls.. shit used to slow the game down

  17. Idk. Harden was definitely a more all around scorer than Bean. But I’m not sure he was a “better scorer” than Kobe,

  18. The run he has was converting the league over to allow 4 steps.. Imagine if Kobe or any high level offensive player knew they could implement the new footwork into the game.. We would be having a completely different conversation now

  19. He got to the free throw line like 20 times per night. Fans don’t want to see a free throw shooting contest lol

  20. Cool and all but harden was no where near as consitent than kobe… Hell, even in that season where he broke records and won MVP, if you ask me, kobe overall still outshines that… Especially considering that kobe can still score when the pressure is the highest, harden literally couldnt ball the way he would in the regular season once the post season hit… He was in fact a liability
