My favorite nba role player of all time

  2. Another guy who would have fit better in today’s NBA.

  3. LegitimateMoney00

I’ll never forget the tear he went on in December of 2012, with Carmelo out due to injury, he stepped up big time and even hit two different game winning buzzer beaters.

  4. AtomicRankler

    Wow 72-31 at the half.

Those cavs were a buzzsaw until they had to play against 5 all stars

  5. glizzyshooter12

His best high light is 360 alley oop against the t-wolves

  6. YouArentOwedAnything

When he hit that reverse double pump alley so hard the ball touched his nuts ill never forget that one, when he was on nyk

  7. thelamb710

If you didn’t know who J.R was , but were showed this highlight reel, I think it’d be fair to assume he’s the Goat

  8. Sylphid_FC

Left out one of the best dunks + calls combo of all time. His buzzer beater dunk vs the Spurs

“We just saw a man fly!!”

  9. KaiserKaiba

His highlights would have you thinking he was an all time great

Nuggets JR looked like a lot of fun lol

  11. ifuckwithit

As a spurs fan I’m shocked to not see a certain dunk on Gary Neal. I remember staying up late to watch that game, it was crazy from start to finish.

  12. JR Smith is to Vince Carter what Vince Carter is to Michael Jordan

  13. b411d0nTL13

You could convince a non-fan that he was the greatest of all time with this tape.

  14. BiKEhandlebars

That finish about half way through on the 2v1 fast break is one of the craziest things I’ve ever seen

  15. that alley oop 360 layup is straight one of the most difficult things ive ever seen

  16. Where’s “we just watched a man fly” on here? Or the Knicks 360 windmill?

  17. dont_shoot_jr

I like it when he drives and doesn’t just shoot

  18. willkillfortacos

During his time in Cleveland specifically JR would make highly contested shots at a higher clip than his wide open ones. I remember reading articles w/ his advanced analytics in the Plain Dealer. His wide open 3 percentage was significantly worse than absolutely smothered shots. He would just nail crazy shit falling out of bounds or double behind the back step back nonsense. It was just nuts.

  19. just-a-simple-song

I watched JR in the McDonalds all America game and I swore he had a Kobe like bag.

  20. How the fuck do you miss the “you just saw a man fly!!”? Dunk when he was on the nuggets

  21. His dunk against the spurs when he was on the nuggets is easily my favorite in game dunk ever

  22. bkguyworksinnyc

Is JR the best irrational confidence guy of all time? Easily one of my favorite players during his Denver and New York stints.

  23. TheRealMoofoo

He’s such a weird player. There are times when you look at him and feel like, “How are you not All-NBA?” but then he does some complete dipshit stuff two minutes later. So much talent.
