The most athletic was Gerald Green. Someone literally just posted that video of him with his chin above the rim and PG and Granger just giggling at the craziness of how easy it was for Green.
That said I’m fine with it being PG because of franchise importance and those iconic dunks. Obi is more athletic as a straight line runner and jumper though. While PG was more well rounded, (more fluid hips and more quickness than Obi).

Yeah I’m voting Tinsley. Not the best PG we’ve ever had but I think his handles were the best.
Mark Jackson wasn’t out of this world for handles. A better over all player and PG but didn’t make his handles better than Tinsleys.

Jamaal Tinsley is the right answer. There are a lot of players that I like more, but Jamaal had the best handles. Mark Jackson, TJ McConnell, and TJ Ford should all get props for having great handles, though.
