Should the Utah Jazz trade for Brandon Ingram?
Brandon Ingram has not showed up to voluntary workouts for the New Orleans Pelicans. The Utah Jazz have been linked to him in trade speculations. Is it a good idea to trade for Brandon Ingram to pair him with Lauri Markkanen?

No, I would be amazed if the Jazz went after him. Ainge has been very disciplined and makes few mistakes.
We have Clevelands pick also and I think it is 50-50 that pick falls into the lottery. I think there is a lot of reason to be optomistic about this draft. We have 3 first rounders in total. If they get two quality picks, look for them to trade Minnesota's pick for a pick next year. It depends on who is on the draft board, no one thought the Jazz could bet Collier or Flip this year.
If you combine the money for John Collins and Jordan Clarkson it equals the contract that Brandon Ingram wants.
If you trade away Clarkson and Collins, it creates more depth at the SG spot, which means we can see what Key looks like as a 2 instead of a 1.
Ingram is everything we wanted Collins to be, but he can play next to Walker.
If we get Ingram it's all in, and time to use the FRPs to push for our last star, who would be a guard. If we don't then we tank, develop, and maybe do it better in 3 years.
Why not? Bring him in and pay him! We are never guaranteed a good player in the draft. Ask Portland about Odom..draft picks are a gamble
