I’m not sure if this is the best answer, but Wilt is probably high up there when it comes to low-post scoring, due to his physical dominance, sheer volume, and a pretty crafty bag of tricks (finger rolls, hook shots, ect.)

And I loved the (brief) Carl Landry era.
