I think the question with the Thunder isn't will they be good? The question is how good will they be? I think the defense is going to be insane, so good in fact, that it will more than compensate for any early offensive growing pains. I can't wait.
Everyone is sleeping on the Kings. When Devin Carter comes back they'll have Keon Ellis, Carter & Keegan as perimeter defenders. They've had injuries to Monk, Fox & Sabonis the last 2 playoffs but no one remembers. They have 2 of the best closers in the league. Monk has made jumps the last 2yrs but no one notices. Keegan will be a Star. They have depth & a good Coach. I have Reg Sea- OKC & Min in Tier 1. Den, Dal, Mem & Sac in Tier 2.(Klay 'the orange cone'Thompson will make Dal worse) NOP & Hou for Tier 3(I believe in Ime Udoka) GSW, LAC & LAL in Tier 4. Unless D.Knecht is an elite 3pt shooter off the bench they have zero depth & why is everyone acting like LeBron & AD will both be healthy? The Spurs would be a 38-40 win team but they have the Joe Biden of Head Coaches(Who forgot to play a PG & was the only Man on Earth who didn't realize Wemby s/b put in Drop Coverage..BTW OKC 65 Wins. 17 Win jumps for 2yrs & now 17 Losses. If they were in the East they'd challenge GSW Win record. Caruso & iHart will guarantee theres no nights they play soft. Even if they have nagging injuries, so what? JWill & Kenny step in & Cason & Wiggs play more min.
