Are the Miami Heat a “Tier 4” team in the East? | Five on the Floor
The Hoop Collective, an ESPN podcast, has the Miami Heat as a Tier 4 team in the Eastern Conference, behind the Celtics (tier 1), and then the Knicks, 76ers and Bucks; and Cavaliers, Magic and Pacers. Is that accurate? And if that’s the case, when should the Heat pivot?

Yup
Yes
This team doesn’t score much and play slow. Even with the big 3 wasn’t the fastest team, though better in transition. If young players don’t play during regular season, then are we again going to be in front of the same product?
If the answer is yes, not sure who would sign to watch that year round.
The hoop collective said tier 4 with a chance for an unlikely deep playoff run. I thought it was accurate.
