Sir, the "10th man" is a PRACTICE PLAYER and is irrelevant to anyone except himself and his family.
Svi, etc, are "less than practice players" and thus when they are replaced, they are correspondingly replaced with other "less than practice players".
If you are going to critique something, you need to at least minimally understand your subject matter.

Do some research, learn your subject matter, improve your understanding, develop your analytical skills, the same thing you guys ask from the coaches and players.
