In somewhat of a surprise to me personally, Gil was the top voted answer for Best Shooter. Lots of good arguments for Legler, Beal and even Bertans, but the era of Hibachi was just different. For the photo, I picked a shot from Gil's 60-piece, in which he went 5-12 from deep.

Would MJ count or is he not eligible (I forgot the initial criteria)?
Hayes was a great scorer, more of a face up or fall away jumper guy; not the traditional idea of a post player. but, he did operate in those same spots on the floor a more trad. post player would have.
