How did I pull this off? Honestly, it was out of pure frustration. After countless applications and hearing nothing back, I came to the realization that I wasn't just battling other candidatesI was up against a wall of algorithms. Those cold, heartless AI systems were filtering my applications before they even reached a human. So, I decided to fight back by creating my own AI tool. This little gem: Analyzes your information, dissects job descriptions, crafts personalized CVs and cover letters for every single position, and even tackles those tedious recruiter questions. It applies to hundreds of jobs while you sit back, hoping that any of it will yield results.
The Reality: AI is dominating the recruiting landscape. Its less about who you are and more about how well you can navigate these automated systems. You can generate a CV in seconds. Cover letters? Just another checkbox to tick. Skills get matched to job postings through cold metrics. And recruiters? They seem to be taking a backseat. The only way to rise above is to outsmart the machine first, to find a way to slip past those automated gatekeepers. Thats precisely what this bot doesit fine-tunes everything just right.
Not that I had many options left. The Future: AI vs. Humans AI is set to keep plowing through the job market, automating as much as it can. Its really up to companies to decide when to reintroduce humans into the mix, but who knows if they will. Interviews might be the last bastion of genuine interaction leftat least for now. Or maybe everything will just become increasingly robotic.
Surprisingly, this project started to gain traction. I never expected it to blow up, but here we are12,000 stars on GitHub and a buzzing Telegram community with 3,000 members discussing it. I figured people must be feeling the same pinch. If youre curious, why not give it a try? Its free! Just enter your info, and watch the bot work its magic on applications while you focus on other things. You can find it here: https://github.com/feder-cr/linkedIn_auto_jobs_applier_with_AI.
Use it or dontno pressure! I didnt create this for anyone to become overly reliant on it. Its just a tool, a little hack in the system. Use it wisely, or dont. Im not here to dictate what you do. I just understand that the job market is a tough place, and Ive found a way to keep my head above water.

**OP is a spambot. Simply check their history and you will see this is nothing but an ad, and a deceptive one at that — several concurrent posts from this bot give different numbers for applications sent, timeframe, and interviews received and, after reviewing the repo activity, it also seems likely that most of the engagement there has been botted as well.**
I’ve also reached out to the dev team for this project directly asking them to stop this behavior, feel free to do the same: https://github.com/feder-cr/linkedIn_auto_jobs_applier_with_AI/issues/387
