LeBron could shoot his rookie year he just had to adjust to NBA range threes. People were not worried about his shot the potential was always there and threes were not vas valued in 2003. No one ever looked at Ben Simmons and thought he could shoot at all. totally different in my oppion but yea ben got a lot of lebron comps.
He should be shooting free throws right handed by now. All he needed to do was maintain a 65% free throw percentage and all would be good. If Mason Plumlee can increase his percentage to 74% over the last two seasons, Iām sure Ben can.

Ben Simmons dont need a jumpshot… He didnt need a jumpshot when he was cooking bigs in the paint like rudy gobert and others… Truth is, all ben needed was a free throw. Even jn his most infamous moment, when he passed the rock over trae young, it was clear he did that cuz he feared the free throw line. If he didnt fear the free throw line, he would have never started playing passively like he would constantly do in the playoffs. He wasnt locked out of the paint by players playing against his lack of a 3 pointer, he was locked out of it by people fouling him knowing he couldn't make a free throw
