  1. This might be a worse trade than bleacher report's trade of curry to the lakers for ben simmons and austin reaves. In no world val should be be worth a 2031 frp plus brook who is still a better player than him. The only reason brook should be traded is to get better perimeter defense. Love the vids and mock trades but this one is downright horrendous

  2. You can get so much more for brook lopez, stretch bigs that are amazing on the defensive end is very high in demand with not that many in the league. Brook lopez might be one of the only available stretch bigs as all the others have found a place. Jonas is a lot weaker on the defensive end and doesn’t shoot nearly as well.

  3. Grizz have very little reason to do this. Brandon Clarke is probably going to start and/or close a lot of games for the Grizz at C this year. Really our only alt for Edey. I’d like Brogdon as a Grizz, but he represents less of a need than Clarke.

  4. If I were the Bucks, the only way I trade Brook Lopez for Valanciunas is if I were to get a pick back, not the other way around, since Valanciunas is a downgrade from Brook

  5. I like this trade. People dont realize that Lopez is old. I would probably make the pick top 5ish protected but other than that I think this trade makes a lot of sense for all of these teams.

  6. I think the Grizzlies might say no because they are not getting enough maybe a second round pick to the grizzlies will make it work

  7. Grizzlies say no imo. They are already lacking in the center position and found a great backup PG in Scotty Pippen Jr. who played amazing defense and averaged 14 last year starting. If Ja gets injured we can just move Smart to the 1, Bane to the 2, and put GG Jackson or Vince Williams at the 3. Clarke is our only backup center other than Jay Huff and maybe Santi Aldama's lanky self

  8. Not being a hater but Val and kispert would change what exactly about the bucks. Val is really the guy in question here I don’t know what difference going from brook to him do. The impact of the trade is all relying on kispert. I just don’t see how this changed them from a non champion to a champion even though in theory I think they could win it all either way lol

  9. I think the bucks are fine. The same thing as Dame happened with Mike Conley when he was traded from Grizzlies to the Jazz. He struggled his first year then adjusted the second year and they were contenders.

  10. Not nearly enough return for the 2031 bucks pick for them to say yes. You gotta realize that’s damn near the only trade able pick they have…

  11. Giannis will be back to 22ppg if Brook got traded, he's the most complementary stretch 5 for him. JV can shoot but he's more effective inside.

  12. Grizzlies have Ja, Bane, Smart, and now Brogdon too? That’s way too much salary going into guards

  13. Bucks say No…

Lopez is one of the best stretch bigs who is still a valuable rim protector…

Bucks are gonna be a contender in the East with a healthy Giannis

  14. you know we deep in the off season when this dude starts dropping the worst hypothetical trades of all time🔥

  15. What you dont get what the same stupidity when they traded deni avdija they just for years does that trade their good players for draft picks thats why they wil never be like okc or spurs

  16. imo id dame is portland dame next year the bucks have a legit chance at the title, if dame is the exact same as last year they’re a second round exit

  17. It’s because the bench was full of gleague players on 10 dayers I think context is needed next time

  18. The puzzle piece in Jrue Holiday was gone. So they need a similar type of player. Giannis & Dame are offensively good

  19. How about this:

Bucks get: Malcolm Brogdon, Jonas Valanciunas

Wizards get: Brook Lopez, Pat Connaughton, 2031 Bucks first (top 4 protected)

    Who says no?
