I think it’s better than the current system. A couple thoughts:
I like the idea of mke county, but it doesn’t look integrated well – looks tacked on.
The drop shadow on the number makes it a bit hard to read
Green/red although used in past jerseys, gets a little buzzy/hard to look at
Maybe the deer antlers can kind of tuck behind the text to feel more integrated?
What’s the reasoning for the angle color across the deer? Is that intentional

Honestly, I think it would look great if you just removed all of the green under the neck of the deer. Keep the coloring in the ear and such, but get rid of the rest of the body.
The hump of the back conveys the shape of the animal and then the jersey gets less busy.
Just some thoughts. Looks dope as shit though. Leagues better than the City jerseys they just announced
