Yellow eye doesn’t necessarily mean anything. I found out I have a genetic condition that turn my eyes yellow every time I go on a fast. Nothing harmful.

I’m a doctor who regularly sees jaundice (GI/Liver). I also thought his eyes looked yellow, but then I remembered he had that coloring of his eyes for a while. Most people with actual jaundice don’t live that long…. sometimes, black people have more pigment in the sclera (“white” part of the eye).
