I understand that he has a stacked team. But on the other side,
* The players bought into his system * The team was assembled a week before the season * The players were able to work through the noise, and were okay with reduced shots, minutes, starts etc. * He rested his bigs every other game * His defensive strategy in the finals was effective against a team that torched the best defensive team in the league * He won a chip
I believe this is the list. They have Nick Nurse (the guy who got fired by Philly for constantly losing to the Cs) and Rick Carlisle (the guy who got out coached in the playoffs by Mazzulla) at 2 and 3 LOL.

But ranked ahead of Joe are Steve Kerr (who thinks coaching means praying that Steph gets hot) Tyrone Lue (what has he ever won), Daignelaut (Thunder), Hardy (Jazz, what was their record last year), Udoka, Budenholzer and Thibs (he will get fired in a couple of years when his starters are completely burned out after averaging 47.5 minutes in January)
I wouldn’t pick any of them over Joe…
