Methodology (no idea how they picked the weights or why it doesn’t add up to 100%): – Players (58.3% weight): Raptors 22nd – Management (16.7% weight): Raptors 21st – Money (8.3% weight): Raptors 7th – Market (8.3% weight): Raptors 15th – Draft (8.3% weight): Raptors 7th
So overall – nice upside in the mid-long term. Probably not so much in the short-term barring significant internal development.

Hopefully we add enough talent to outperform this ranking in year 3. Like our draft pick this year may not contribute much as a rook next year, but might do so the year after.
