[Goggin] NOW: Philadelphia Mayor Cherelle Parker is detailing an agreement with the 76ers to build a new arena in Center City. Parker says the Sixers are financing the entire $1.3 billion project with no city funding. It will keep the team playing in the city at least until 2061.
