Would rather trade for develop Duren AND Stew (MitchRob and Deuce) before KAT (Randle, Mitch and Precious).
I like Mitch healthy. But he never will be. Get something in return and deal him. He get more bumps and bruises than a curious child climbing trees all day. Hes soft. If he can stay healthy, keep him. But nobody can guarantee that.
