On one hand I think he fumbled by declining the option, on the other hand I think the market turned out to be way worse than anyone expected with Walker fighting for a spot and guys like Gary Trent and Tyus Jones taking minimums, plus he probably want some more playing time.

I know C’s fans liked his contributions but the truth is that his offensive limitations would have been much more glaring if he’s not on a team that plays a ton of great shooters. He’s better than plenty of younger players in the NBA currently but teams would rather have those young players and develop them then sign Oshae to be a good 11th man.
His best option is to go to Europe. He can get paid just as much, maybe even more

Oh man the CBA really has killed the market on these bench pieces. I know he wanted to play more, but giving up that guaranteed contract did not pay off for the guy.
