I am 20 minutes in and this is a nice interview. The guys inteviewing are genuinely good people and they are giving Shead good advice. Shead is young, but you can just see his maturity and his want to be consistent and work hard. He understands his past accomplishments don’t mean anything now, he is starting from the bottom again. Really can’t wait to see Jamal grow as a player. So happy he’s with us. Family!
