Not all players are suited to coach. And D Rose had his best yrs in Chicago.. if any organization is gonna give him a staff job, with no experience.. it shouldnt be us.
Also, I love his heart but didn’t he have some slightly salty shit to say about Thibs after he left??

Rose def gives off vibes that basketball isn’t the only thing that defines him. I expect him to explore some other avenues in his retirement.

I’d like to see him as part of the staff. I could see him in player development but not as an Xs and Os coach.

Steve Nash is a great example… he had one go-around and then was like “nah, I ain’t coaching again, someone reminded me I have 100M locked in the bank”
We definitely starting 14-2 tho 🙂

My 2 cents, Rose has always been a quiet leader which isn’t necessarily good for coaching. Taj might have more success imo, hes a more vocal leader.

With Randle and Mitch out at the beginning of the season, I kinda expect a slow start. I’ll be shocked if we end up 14-2. I’d expect more something like 10-6, 11-5.
