Hornets fan watched prolly at least 75% of last season here to say-
1. Nick Richards is not underrated but yes we might still need him for cover
2. Lamelo (supposedly) wearing ankle braces for the first time this year so hooray
3. November 2023 Lamelo ball is all nba level and I think we’ll see it again
4. Brandon miller in the mid range was genuinely the only thing that gave me hope last year watching the games.
5. Grant Williams is criminally underrated as a player and teammate (us hornets fans all love him so much)
Finally someone putting faith in us
Only issue is they have to be in the lottery this year or they lose their pick in a stacked class. sigh

I think this is a miss this just like all the people who believed in the clippers for the past 5 years. This is a notoriously bad franchise they have a history of being bad we start there then we say I’m putting my faith in lamelo who has never shown himself to be a mature player who is coming off of injury and he’s the best player on the team. Not to mention it’s not just him his family has a serious history of injury issues. Then Lloyd third most important player is coming off an mysterious back injury last time we saw that was Ben Simmons so unless tre Mann takes the Andrew nembbard Leap from the end of last season I don’t have faith in this team
