But Thomas is in a different position slightly where the Nets are tanking for a top draft pick selection in 2025 but Thomas is playing for a new contract and needs to show he can do more besides offense consistently and that's improving in playmaking defense and rebounding 😮….
As long as Thomas shows those improvements, steps up as a leader this season and maintains a solid scoring average he should do more than enough to warrant a fair contract boost and the Nets can work a fair middle ground contract with Thomas next summer 👍….

nobody hates CT literally everyone up here said they have to wait and see what happens with him because they don’t know yet when ppl say “he has to work on his playmaking more keep doing it”, “he has to be better on defense keep doing it”, “he’s young but he’s just a scorer right now” that’s not hate that’s pointing out his flaws and things he has to be great at in order to be a number 1 option then you’ll have the CT fans get emotional and say he does do it then they say he did it towards the end of the season but that’s such a small sample size it didn’t even matter because the point wasn’t if he’s trying to do it the point is he has to do it consistently for AN ENTIRE SEASON
