Usually love your takes you could not be more wrong Kat is mentally weak to the point if he is your second best player you can not win a chip I would bet everything I own on that the salary cap is different now the second apron is to punishing financially and for roster building 2 apron team has a windows of two years we are looking long term and short term great trade
In case I forgot to point this out., the two timeline comparisons are idiotic. It’s completely different when you won and are then spending assets on the back half of your stars career to make another timeline. Super arrogant and dumb. What the wolves are doing is very different. They had some runs that got their core playoff experience while young but never even made the finals. They are now selling the older pieces to get ones to fit the true timeline. Amazing how much y’all wiffed

Love the trade for the Knicks. Don’t like losing Dante but he wasn’t going to get much playing time. I’m not sure why Knicks fans was so obsessed with Randle. The guy made so many bad decisions with the ball, sucked in the playoffs, had mood swings and clearly not a team guy, more of a me guy. He put up numbers but was very erratic, loosey goosey with the ball and not efficient

I have no idea why Minnesota would do this. Inexplicable unless they're going to use Randle and maybe DiVincenzo in another trade and/or they simply wanted to move KAT's massive contract as part of an eventual move to get out of the second apron. Randle is constantly injured and is way too small to be a secondary defender on Jokic. Joker will eat the Wolves current front line for lunch. KAT not a great defender but the combo of him as 7 foot help defender and Gobert as primary defender on Jokic at least made Joker work hard. Nuggets fans happy about this news.

Your age is showing….lol I understand not loving the trade, but your "chicken little" over reaction to the Timberwolves this season is embarrassing. As a die hard lifelong Wolves fan, who has actually gone through puberty, KAT is not a super max player. He is not worth what he is getting paid. He choaks consistently. I like him and he has nice basketball traits. But if you are a team leader, you can't lay an egg when the chips are down and the team needs buckets. In Tim Connelly I trust.

I just don’t agree. Even you guys ranked Randle ahead of Towns. They are pretty equal. Then you throw in Divi and it’s a clear win for the Wolves.

Randle wasn’t just a bad defender he was a dude who didn’t try on defense. Countless times you’d see him walk back on defense while the rest of the team has to guard 4v5.
