This is an easy question for me. Reaves would be a great 4th best player for any contender, but unless he have a breakout season like Pelinka or JJ was talking about, he isn’t suited to be the 3rd best guy for a title contender. He has been the 3rd best player in playoffs because Dlo a player that is maybe slight better than him in regular season is a playoff chocker, but unless he improves his game to another level, Reaves shouldn’t be the 3rd best player for a title contender and to be fair, we shouldn’t expect it from a player that is paid like a 6th man already delivering much more value than he is paid for.

I noticed Austin’s game this last season was different then in 2022-2023. He stopped attacking the basket and being aggressive. I feel like if goes back to his older playing style things will be way different for us.

If Tyler Herro had a country boi every day white guy swag he would be getting double the hype. Having said that Reaves is a good role player but the media in his fans take it too far.
