I think it honestly depends more on CB and Julian more than anything. If CB can be passable at shooting and Julian be okay at defense then the second unit can basically be built around letting Russ do what he’s still good at rather than making him shoot which we all know would be bad. The second unit could be Russ, MPJ, Peyton, Dario, and Julian, being built around the shooting and letting Russ get to the rim

Westbrook will definitely bring an uptempo playstyle that jokic likes. It favors his passing style more when he can catch the defense unaware. Not too sure if it will translate to playoff success since the game almost always slows down as defense gets more disciplined and more tight. Hoping the nuggets gets to reclaim the championship this time around

I can see it going either way. No team is dumb enough to give Westbrook space. If Russ accepts his job as a roll player and works to draw players to make space or if they just dont guard him, it could be an absolute lethal combination with Jokics passing abilities and the crew around him.
My only worry is that he may pull an Iverson or (unfortunately) Bones and want to be the star of the team. They are F*cked if he does that.

If jamal is injured and westbrook is a starter, that will create big spacing issues especially with joker and AG on the floor. And the ceiling for the nuggets will be limited.
As a dynamo on offence, his role is extremely important.
If he’s commanding the second unit, he is on a championship roster rn.
