Just watched Masai speak about him a little. I figured they had a relationship but I didn’t realize they were this close. RIP to a hall of famer and a global ambassador to the game. Played against Jordan and was even teammates with our very own Kyle Lowry for a short time. What a long career.
Dikembe Mutombo is the largest person I have ever stood beside; he was absolutely gigantic. You can’t appreciate how big a man like him is until you see him in person.
So sad to hear the news, larger than life personality and an absolute legend. 58 is too young.

I still remember when Vince went baseline at caught Mount Mutombo nasty! Dunking on Mutombo was like a trophy for all the high flyers in the League. He was a great defensive player with a huge personality. He definitely left his mark on the League & will be missed. RIP Mount Mutombo 🙏🏾
