  1. I have a feeling we finish with the 5th to 8th worst record. Which is ok.
Personally I would rather we finish bottom 3, and get a great shot at cooper or Harper or Bailey.
But even if we get 7th pick or 8th pick we can get that Sudanese player. Centre Malache is his last name (or something like that)
He’s going to duke with cooper Flagg I’m pretty sure.
We need one more great blue chip prospect and we are good to move forward.
Then chances are in 2025, we finish in the playin, and draft 16th-20th

  2. All I'm wanting is for them to choose a direction. Last year we had Siakam and Annunoby so we bounced everywhere between wanting to tank and not.

This year like Ben said, I really hope they decide after the 10th game what they'd like to do.

  3. Sit alot of the players this year and i want them to purposely lose game and get cooper and then 2-3 years compete

  4. I don’t want a team like the New York Knicks, where they have to buy every player just to be relevant homegrown talent is the way to go. It’s much more satisfying.

  5. I don't think it's a huge deal if they aren't that good this year. I'm just happy that they finally picked a direction. If the team sucks but we see growth and good individual performances from some of the younger guys I'll be happy

  6. Knowing Masai it wouldn’t shock me if he get’s the first pick and select Cooper with that pick. Masai doesn’t buy into media hype which is why he selected Barnes over Suggs, and Barnes went on to win rookie of the year. when it comes to draft picks can you tell me the last time he drafted a player most people had as their first choice ? He never has. He has always drafted someone that’s probably our 3rd choice, or somebody that shocked us. There’s a possibility there’s some player that’s suppose to go high it the draft the he rates over cooper. You never know with Masai. Look at the 2018 draft when Deandre Ayton went number 1. Luka Luka Doncic was in that draft and ended up going 3rd in that draft. The American media never really considered him a serious number 1 pick but I bet you Dallas did. You never know what a GM is thinking. Remember how Cade was hyped up like crazy by the media for his draft class ? Even Raptors fans were on the tank for Case bandwagon. Knowing what we know now I’m no sure the Pistons would have selected case with that pick if they had to do it all over again.

  7. The Raptors don’t have the talent to compete now or in the foreseeable future so just enjoy the fact that we had a championship in 2019 and looks look forward to 2029
