[Hudrick] Joel Embiid said he’s lost about 25 or 30 pounds. Said he’d like to lose more. He mentioned he texted Daryl Morey immediately after the season saying he needed to do whatever it takes to be ready for the postseason. “There’s no agenda” as far as MVP, All-NBA, etc.

The NBA is simply not ready for a Joel Embiid that is able to leap
Being on the Olympic team usually means the 1st timers take a big step forward. I expect Haliburton to get even better next season.
When do they update weight so we can confirm
“Coach – I am going to get in shape and play for the team this year”.
Weight loss will help a lot with reducing injury frequency, that alone is huge.
I swear I’m not trying to piss on any parade but it annoys me that it took this long for him to have this mindset as far as his weight goes. I know he’s had some offseasons where he hasn’t been healthy but still. Hopefully it works and we finally get him healthy when it matters
Guess he finally found out about the zempies. Good.
Edit: didn’t realize how many of you were so sensitive
Ah, the annual Embiid is in shape report. I now take this in the same context as Simmons’ annual workout videos.
He was trying to get that extension in the off-season after being out of shape for so many years, let’s keep it real.
Will Joel be able to jump again?
So he had an agenda previously? This guy is not it.
my longest yeah boy ever
Is this 25lbs down from his playing weight last year or is he losing weight he put on during the off season.
Why does it take till season 11 for him to want to lose weight ???
Thank god. I think it will reduce his efficiency on offense a bit but health is much more important.
Playing in the Olympics was a success
