if he cant see how people being worried about him doing something to miss half the season is a real concern with the kind of shit dudes been pulling the last few years idk what to say

  2. NArcadia11

What a weird question from the reporter. Dray has been a cornerstone of this franchise and has been the second most important player in bringing 4 championships to this team. Off the court he does a ton of good for the community and is, by all accounts, a good father, husband, and person. Not sure why anyone would be “worried about him” because he plays hard basketball and occasionally crosses the line in a very physical game between grown men. Dude is an excellent player on the court and has had no issues off the court.

  3. Wordplay23

Sounds like Scott Ostler looking for drama for an article….

“Why are you worried about me? You should be worried about Rudy Gobert next time I see him.”

  5. UseCapital164

Love your game Draymond, but you’re still a douche-bag.

You should have been traded 2 years ago.

  6. Coolguynumber01

I feel the reporter worded the question very poorly. He made it seem like we’re worried for him as a person, which is how Draymond interpretted it. What he should have initially said is that we’re worried about him being able to not get suspended, which is a totally valid concern

  7. Balbright

What a clickbait of a question. He was just trying to get a reaction and he didn’t get the one he wanted so he kept poking the bear. Draymond handled it extremely well.

  8. D3struct_oh

    “I’m always here.”

    “You got suspended.”

  9. BayLivin_4415

It’s a reporter beating around the bush, if dude wants a straight answer, ask it straight up and mention the suspensions up front

  10. Zealousideal-Leek666

Two years in a row Draymond got suspended which had nothing to do with being eliminated in the post season.  Warriors weren’t good enough to get to the next round

  11. Academic-Abalone-281

This just showed me he can’t even control his temper or anger in a damn interview. Gonna be another fun season it seems. I swear if he costs us another one of Steph’s years he might be out because of Steph.

  12. Weird-Lie-9037

Dray is one losing streak away from a straight jacket

  13. Draymond needs to understand that confronting your weakness is the first step in correcting it and preventing it from happening again.

  14. FuckTheStateofOhio

If he rubbed his arm any faster it’d start a fire.

“Why are you worrying about me? I am a successful BLACK MAN doing well in America!”
How is this an appropriate response at all?

  16. winstonsmith8236

Even without sound I can see how much he’s grown as the humility gained from ruining a few seasons in a row shines right off the screen!

  17. Large-Preparation754

    this is concerning.

no one has ever said he shouldn’t be valued for all his positive attributes. but the lack of self-awareness, omg. this is a grown man who can’t see the big picture and confront the negative impact his ego has on the entire team. he always brags about his “basketball IQ”, but he is soooo emotionally immature.

  18. el_sandino

what reporter was that? I didn’t recognize the voice

  19. SizzleEbacon

Lame ass post. Lame ass question. Lame ass answer.

  20. beentheredonesome

That therapy looks like it was effective as traffic school.

  21. jayguwaap1

The reporter sounds like a Reddit user trying to get draymond started up

  22. pandaPPL69

Mane if Dray is available to play as much as he can, while staying healthy and no suspensions (70gms). He should be damn near flirting with another DPOY or atleast top 5 in voting. Top 5 in assists (especially since CP3 gone). Dray got mfs to pass too: Chef, JK, Wiggs, Podz, Buddy. But I’m expecting Dray to put up more pts this year too.

  23. I’m worried about this season, based on this video alone.

  24. Wonderful-Media-2000

Draymond knew exactly what that reporter wanted and he wouldn’t give it to him. It’s not that he’s lacking self awareness or he doesn’t know his actions have consequences. If the reporter asked directly about suspension or his behavior leading to trouble he would’ve answered differently. Draymond gave a valid answer to what he was asked if you’re a reporter or journalist, punctuation is important otherwise people will walk around you if they don’t like what they’ve been asked.

  25. KanyeWest_GayFish

“Draymond, you assaulted a teammate last season and continue to get suspended for your outbursts. We’re worried about your mental health” – that’s all the reporter needed to say.

  26. All5TonySpivey

I’m with Dray on this one, nobody should be worried about him, it ain’t that serious 😆

  27. Dead_Again_Prime

The reporter is stupid. Ask a proper question.

  28. Ok_Major4091

i dialogue around draymond “hope he gets the help he needs” was so annoying like he was coming through a mental health crisis. dude is a competitor i hate how many people want to remove the emotion from a game

  29. DefiniteMe

This is cringe. He’s insulting the intelligence of everyone in the room

  30. riosborne

bad question. defensive answer. Draymond aint bowing down to anyone. So just STFU already and accept that the dude is gonna cross the line again. Aint nothing changing.

  31. Matias9991

My god, this man can’t learn from his mistakes at all. It’s kind of crazy

  32. EmperorLuThaRevered

Heh hem, Anger Translator here for the reporter: “DRAYMOND IF WE END UP A DARK HORSE AND YOU FUCK THIS UP FOR US!!! YOU GOOD BRO, YOU STRAIGHT!? WILL YOU BE ABLE TO FIND YOUR ZEN WITH OUT THE ZEN MAESTER KLAY!!!??”
