This is a ridiculous thing to say. I really want to believe this kid is maturing on and off the court then he opens his mouth and says this. He's proven he can score. Thats it. If that's what he thinks proving himself is he can be the first one to go

Heās always had a terrible attitude. The fanbase denies it but itās very obvious. Heās never gotten along with any of his coaches going back to high school and anytime someone critiques his game at all, he is extremely defensive.
The difference between him and Wilson/Clowney maturity wise is staggering.
Heās done himself no favours with the wording, but definitely not what he means IMO. My take is that heās saying heās got ā nothing left to proveā in terms of earning the right to be a capable starter or go to option, which is true. NOT that he thinks heās mastered the NBA and doesnāt need to prove a thing to anyone or something.
Now if Iām wrong, thatās 100% corny as shit thoughā¦ (pretty sure Iām not š¤)
Thomas is a capable (yet inconsistent thus far) scorer but heading into this season, I figured it would be a long shot if he develops into anything more than just a more consistent scorer. I think having him on the team is fine because, well, the scoring has to come from somewhere and we are not trying to be good.
That being said, I donāt think Thomas should or will be in our long term plans for the rebuild. Unless he really turns into something special (which is unlikely imo) but judging by these comments, I donāt think he has the right mindset to reach that next level.
Never saw you post a positive post about him
