    OK, now all the weirdos who kept insisting the Knicks couldn’t find a way to match the last 8.8 or 4.4 million and it was impossible to do the trade without Robinson can finally go away.

    I assume they were just looking for a 4th team to see if there was a better option (either with or without Robinson) to facilitate the trade, but they’ve clearly had a workable agreement in place all along if they couldn’t.
