He embraced Minnesota, like few others did before him outside of KG. This man has my utmost respect, Game 7 vs Denver I don’t think we win without his consistent scoring when our offense was stagnant with that clutch 23 and 12 while guarding Joker. In the community, he helped so many and will always be remembered as a Wolf till the day he hangs them up.

Towns is without a doubt the reason I’m a wolves fan today (at least to the level that I am). I tried to love so many shitty wolves teams through college but it took him with him uniqueness and skill and joy in the game to really bring me back.
The wolves won’t be the same without him here and while I love both Ant and KG he is without a doubt my favorite Wolves player simply because he made me care after the years of languishing in the rock bottom of the league.
I hope we can get better and I know I’ll love this team as much as the others but it will feel at least a little hollow without him there.
But we move forward because that’s the only thing we can do. (Also become low key Knicks fans)
