To the Timberwolves Family: Nine years ago, I arrived in Minnesota as a young man with a dream. Little did I know that this place would become my home, and its people would become my family. Your love, support, and unwavering loyalty have fueled my journey and inspired me to be the best player I could be. Thank you to my teammates, coaches, and the entire Timberwolves organization for the countless opportunities and experiences. I’ll cherish the friendships I’ve made and the battles we’ve fought together. To the incredible fans, your support has meant the world to me. It gave me strength on and off the court. I’ll never forget it. You’ll always hold a special place in my heart. Thank you for everything. KAT

KAT was the player who gave me hope of seeing the Wolves become relevant again, and he delivered despite facing a lot of criticism. You might question his performance in a game or another, but you can never question his work ethic.
I believe he will always see himself as a Wolf, and I hope to see him wearing this jersey again. I will definitely miss him.

Oofta, that was a gut punch. We watched a kid become a man. So happy he got some playoff success before being traded.

Hopefully we see ya in the finals KAT ❤️

Always gonna be my first favorite player. Thanks for being my introduction to this organization. One of my favorite stories to tell about why I love this organization is walking in -50 degrees during the polar vortex to see your first game winner in overtime against the Grizzlies.

I’ve been a fan of this team for 20+ years and the Pat Bev year and this last WCF run have been 2 of the most fun years of basketball I’ve ever watched, and KAT is a big part of that. He could be an incredibly frustrating dude to watch but you can’t deny his achievements and I can’t wait to see his name in the rafters when all is said and done.

If you haven’t listened to the latest Jon Krawczynski show podcast, do it, if nothing else listen to the last ~10 minutes to hear a story of KAT from this last weekend. Really shows you the kind of guy he is.

Man. He grew up here. Lost his mother, carried an NBA franchise and gave the state nothing but love. A Minnesota legend. 32 going up to the rafters.
