Sounds about right until they prove otherwise

  2. EffinAyyItsMe

Can’t wait to see who they draft at #19

  3. chagster001

Can’t argue with that. Heat gotta prove themselves

46-36 last season with lots of injuries. Healthy right now. How can they justify a worse record unless they are predicting more injuries taking a worse toll. Total clowns and Heat haters at Bleacher Report and Heat haters in this thread. Can’t wait to see opposing teams fans crying after they get their rear ends stomped by the Heat

I mean they’re riding with our reputation. Regular season coasters and if we make it to the postseason healthy we’re a force to reckon with. Don’t think anybody in the eastern conference would genuinely disagree with that

Not surprised, everyone – including the sports books- is treating Miami as an 8 seed. I understand other teams are younger and made more moves in the off-season but the reason Miami has been in the play in has been injuries. Top 5 in games missed to injuries the past 2 years.

I think it’s super unlikely that happens again, and Jimmy’s contract situation should be a benefit to the Heat regular season. If healthy they are just better teams than ORL, IND, CLE, and I think people forget that.

We have the same roster again and got the 8 seed the last 2 years. I’d bet on that too. I’ll say we get the 6 this time tho.

Sounds bout right …maybe alil too generous

Can’t blame them, we were around those numbers the last seasons I think

That’s just how it is man, you gotta prove you are willing to get higher than a play in team. All the othe teams have gotten better on paper whether they’ll translate that to the court is a whole different salsa

If everyone is healthy, I would say 50 wins is very possible

51-31, 4th seed if everyone locks in & stays healthy.

I agree with this; I could see them doing like a 45-37 or something like that because there are definitely those nights where you can just tell the guys are going through the motions because they are tired and we will out-work the other team and win with pure grit and the other team is just thinking about going out later lol , but other than that, we have a lot to prove and Jimmy needs to play more.

These are the same ones who predict teams like Philly to be a contender every year 😂
