[95.7] Kuminga on his ability to be the 2nd scorer: “I learned a lesson that I could come to this year and be that guy & not force anything…I see myself doing it. See myself helping and taking that load off Steph, but we got a lot of great players. It’s a matter of who has the best night” (1:54)

We believe in you JK. Prove the haters wrong.

This is the year, Jonathan. Let’s get it.

He’s much better with the 1 on 1 interviews than with the press conferences

Time and time again JK says the right thing and some ppl still think he’s some arrogant kid. Dude learned English as a second language and gives competent answers. As opposed to Wiggins, who you ask what his goals are and he has to be reminded that he should probably aim to be an All-Star.

    The lesson —>

    Kerr: You’re not kobe, stop.

    JK: wow, such wisdom.

  6. Now why is Warriors media asking him this question when Steve has already told them that he expects Wiggs to be their second option? Shouts to JK for answering it phenomenally, but I would really love for our own team’s media to one of these days stop running with mixed/conflicting messages that runs counter to what they’ve already been told.

A much better approach to the game compared to how he felt last year pushing for his own minutes. This mindset is the type that cultivates a long career.

Great answer, young man. Don’t force it.

You can see and hear a difference in him this year. Less immature, more humble.

Good maturity. Any way, he knows he just has to be available and he’ll get his chance. Don’t force things or only hunting for his own. Even if Wiggins is supposed to be the second option now, if Wiggins doesn’t step it up professionally, he’s going to be surpassed by others. That’s fine. I’m excited to see what JK can do.

I know it’s not the Steve Kerr way, but we have some of the best dunkers in the league – JK, Wiggs, GP2, TJD. I want to see them be aggressive and dunk on people’s heads every damn night. Pick up offensive fouls, whatever, just go out swinging instead of the lame-ass chucking up hopeless 3s at the end of the shot-clock. Anyone not named Steph or Buddy, take it to the rim and intimidate those fuckers.

Great answer JK way to take your time and articulate what you know you can do!
