I kann nich warten um unsere Mannschaft zu schauen )
I would love to see our version of the death line up. Randle, Jaden, Ant, DD, NAW. Let’s get out and F’in Run like a pack of wolves 🐺 Howwwwwwwwl.
I still wonder how deep the rotation will be? I hope Finich plays 10-11 for the first 65-70 games then closer to the playoff start getting players used to their 9 man playoff rotation. One think I hope our depth is keeps us healthy going into the playoffs. I want EVERYONE to take some days offs. I know Ant hates that but if we can give him some extended rest bye missing one game here and there we should.
The funny thing is that Randle could have been an all-star early in his career in LA, but Luke Walton was hellbent on making the Lakers in the Warrior's image, and chose archetype over talent, starting Larry Nance then Kyle Kuzma over him, simply because they were better 3 point shooters, and because Nance didn't have the scoring potential of Randle, Luke Walton thought Nance would be better in the starting line-up to take less shots, so that D'lo and Ingram, could be the franchise players. Then when everyone got injured one year, Luke had no choice but to give Randle heavy minutes and touches, and for the rest of the year, which was half of a year, averaged 24 ppg, 9 rpg, 5 apg, and was only 1/4 players in the NBA to have above 24+, 8+, 4+. The other 3 were Boogie Cousins, Lamarcus Aldridge, and Russell Westbrook. The end of the year (total year) average for Randle was 16 ppg, but if it weren't for that opportunity to be the guy, he would have averaged 10 ppg, and would have been in the 'bust' category simply because the coach burried his talent. So politics and poor understanding of how basketball works, like overestimating the 3 point shot and player fit, was an obstacle to Randle having a fast start to his career. A lot of casuals think the same way, but coaches cannot afford to do this, because it can cost them their job. You go with your best talent first, and if its not working, then you look for other alternatives, but Luke Walton refused to give Randle the benefit of the doubt. Randle is not a perfect player, but he is a great player, not just recently, but even coming into the league, even though stats will only show the last few years. It won't take many games for T-Wolves fans to figure out why Randle is going to be great for this team.
