I don’t think there’s a single person on this subreddit that doesn’t want Ochai to play well. He represents one of the only tangible returns from the Pascal trade, so when he shoots 21.7% on 2.6 attempts per game from 3PT, and can barely finish at the rim, it is obviously going to frustrate people.
He also looked awful in summer league, when he’s entering his 3rd season and should have a significant advantage over that competition.
It’s not his fault he got traded here, but it is the reality of his situation. He knows he needs to have more than one dimension to his game to succeed on any team.
