that was just so much more enjoyable to watch than anything that I’ve come to know as “Hawks basketball” in the last 2 years

Zacc is a handsome fellow

That was a great game to watch. Our team looks promising.
Risacher!

Told yall 🤣
This had playoff intensity, what the heck man 😂😭
Now let’s trade dre
Risacher leading the team in +/- is hitting harder than crack right now.
we’re going to prove the haters wrong this year idgaf
Rick Carlisle is such a jackass. Plays the foul game up 3 in a preseason affair
We’re looking good with the ball movement and all we need now is to have an average defense to be a contender 😤
I think we have the pieces to be a competent team this year… our bench is deeper so one injury won’t throw us off like it used to the last few years..
let’s see how the coaching staff is going to utilize the depth – I really hope they distribute the minutes well and and offer good playing timesto Risacher and Vit to develop
i don’t think i can fathom an atlanta where both the falcons and hawks are fun to watch whereas the braves are not…(united gonna unite as always)
im getting ahead of myself of course but imagine
This was fun.
Unserious side note: This is a really light skinned team lol
Did you have fun, folks? 🥳
I’ve seen enough. Get the parade ready
Game 1 preseason and highlights galore. That was amazing
Trae? Him.
JJ? Him.
Risacher? Him.
Nance? Him.
Daniels? Him.
Vit? Him.
Kobe? Him.
Lundy? Him.
The Hawks are he.
Not happy that hunter played most mins tonight
“That’s what I do” baller
Love seeing LP lose ‼️😂😂😂
Know it’s a preseason game but energy just seemed more upbeat. Seeing guys cheer from the bench compared to last season where it was a chore. Zacc looked good, JJ looks great, Trae is Trae. Just need Dre to come off the bench and be efficient in that role
Have to shoutout Landry Fields, after the disaster that was the Murray trade he’s somehow been able to get us a young core again (Zacc/Jalen/Dyson) and a FRP next year.
Beat the ECF runner up. 2 seed at least confirmed.
WE ARE SO DUCKING BACK
We won
Man that was fun. I missed watching our hawks play. This is going to be one hell of a season ☝🏽🔥
Hawks will be the “surprise” team of the year
zacch is him
I liked what I saw!
Ay the Rizzler can hoop
We need to move Hunter asap for any expiring contract and a couple of 2’s. We just dont need him. He is a solid all around player but unless he is really cooking from 3 he doesnt bring enough to the table (solid defender on big wings, but too slowfooted against smaller wings, poor ballhandler/passer, average at best rebounder/paint protector) to take mins away from our young talent. We need our young wings Dyson and Risacher, Jalen and Bogi getting the mins at 2/3/4. We can mix in Vit, Nance JR and Gueye for any additional mins…OO and Capela hold down the 5 with Trae and Bufkin (Vit if need be too) backing him up at the 1.
Seth Lundy is the motherfucking preseason GOAT goddamn
The vibes are truly immaculate

Le Buckets
There are so many people that I could compliment right now, but I just want to shoutout Dom for coming in and getting 3 offensive boards in 3 minutes which helped lead to the game winner by Lundy 🔥🔥🔥
That was the best preseason game I ever been to holy shit, Zacc is the fuckin man. He’s the real fucking deal
basketball
That pass from Vit was legendary.
Im really hoping we can get some good chemistry with our rotations. Our depth could make us a serious dark horse if we can fire on all cylinders
finally finished the game, but holy shit…what a game. Aside from the expected players performing, Vit looked amazing defensively and that pass was 🤌🏽 Roddy looked solid from what was expected from him and Lundy has ice in his veins. Great game
Risascher is gonna be a 6-9 prime Klay Thompson. Hawks definitely won the draft.
We got a good one in Rizzy
Just wondering if Mo needs another year to cook in the G-league. He needs alot of time to get the NBA basics out.
I’ve seen enough we’re winning 50 minimum
Quin gotta find minutes for Vit man. He’s the perfect connective wing that all of the league wants especially when his 3 ball is going. Also Nance brought a lot of energy and should get time too. Maybe split their time together at the backup 4? Idk
I just got home from the game and I’m ready to overreact.
First of all Trae is back. There were so many points over the last couple seasons where he didn’t look like himself. Part of that was DJM but also he was trying to be better with the middy. Tonight he was just crazy threes, nice handles, and an elite passer. While still being a pesky defender.
Jalen Johnson’s an all star. This is his year.
Dyson Daniels fits with this team. I was a big DJM defender the last couple years but Daniels is what we’ve been needing
Zacch Risacher is rookie of the year. I was so impressed by him.
Nance should be getting minutes even when okongwu is back.
Kobe’s PG skills look so much better developed.
This teams winning 50+ games this year. We’re shocking the league.
