  1. Tough playing a game without any centers, but I noticed progress by a bunch of guys in terms of intensity, effort and ability, but most of all Keldon is not messing around on defense anymore. You see with the thinner body how much more explosive he can be on closeouts and I will be shocked if he doesn't have a better all around season. I am excited, this team is taking a step forward this year guaranteed

  3. Castle looked exactly like what you expected him, super raw offensively, great defensively, good passer. I am excited to see how he develops as the game slows down for him. He was also the least excited about him poster dunk so you can def see that low key demeanor guys who are great for the Spurs often have

  4. Let me tell you I didn't expect Julian Champagnie of all people to take 13 threes in this game (scored 6 so good percentage). Barnes looked like a great vet, but not necessarily a guy I would play above the younger guys. His impact should be felt with the second squad as the backup PF/SF in my opinion. I would prefer to see Julian/Keldon/Castle out there as Barnes has lost a lot of ability offensively as he aged
