The Miami Heat made a brilliant decision when they decided not to trade for Bradley Beal, who revealed what he thought was going to happen when he was on the trade market in a recent podcast appearance…

  1. The fact that Beal still has a no-trade clause is so mind blowing haha. Also I agree Miami seemed like a better fit.

  2. I remember hearing Pat Riley or Mickey shut it down before talks even began when the no-trade clause wouldn't be removed.

If Beal's agent, Mark Bartelstein wasn't the father of Suns CEO Mark Bartelstein, then I doubt many, if any, had any interest in taking on the clause.

The Suns acted desperately and probably leaned on the Bartelstein connection as a fallback to navigate the no-trade clause in the future.

  3. Beal is washed with a full no trade 💀 They gonna have to eat this.. Only real options are keep him or stretch and waive the contract.

  4. People missing the key point, they traded Chris Paul for Bradley Beal. No one even wants Chris Paul. They got better value for flipping Chris into Beal

  5. If you think beal and booker cant work as a backcourt, than lakers have to trade dlo or austin. Beal and booker are a much better version of that

  6. lol Pat Riley doesn't want any stars on his team now for some reason.
Beal, Dame, Donovan, hell even his own star Jimmy.. Pat would rather suck Tyler Herro and Duncan Robinson's you-know-what to keep them on the team
