Partizan (Duane’s former and future club) fan here – this trade was a W for all parties involved – we get some nice cash (reported 850k-1m, which is actually a decent amount in the Euroleague) for letting Duane go overseas for 2 weeks, he earns some cash along the way as well and can now return and actually play (let’s be real, he’d warm the bench for you in the regular season even if he performed in these two games), and you get some nice picks for the future. Great success! Although I must say, his performances for us at the start of this season and those 2 in the Summer league worry me a little bit, but hopefully he can turn out alright
