Outside of wind sprints there's nothing a player can do to get into basketball shape except playing basketball. You can get hurt doing wind sprints too. Let the team get ready for the season so we're not complaining about how rusty everybody looks.
No i donāt think we see the twin towers lineup. Neither guy is fast footed enough to guard the perimeter consistently. The only way we see it is if weāre playing a team thatās also going two slow bigs
