Bennedict Mathurin led the Pacers with 25 points, 5 3PM, and 3 rebounds, with Myles Turner adding 12 points and 3 rebounds in the victory. Ty Jerome tallied 15 points, 8 assists, and 4 rebounds for the Cavaliers in the losing effort. The Pacers improve to 1-1 in the preseason, while the Cavaliers fall to 0-2.

FREEMAN IS AMAZING! Game-Changer for the Pacers. What a pick they made by grabbing him at 50. Best pick I've ever seen the Pacers make in the lower picks. Dude is a beast. 16 minutes, 9 points, 9 rebounds, blocked shot, assist, and 5 or more hustle plays that don't show up in the stats, OMG, this dude is a complete steal.
