Tobias deserves all the slander. The Sixers made him and his family rich for generations off the hard earned money fans gave. He left this org putting up 0pts in an elimination game and the sour taste of us fans having to deal with smack talking from the Knicks fans all offseason. Screw that guy.
I THINK IT IS GOOD FOR SIXERS TO REST JOE…LONG OFF SEASON AND RECOVERY, LET JOE PLAY IN PRACTICE, REST IN PRESEASON GAMES, IT A GREAT MOVE…
Not a Tobias fan but you paid a man that averaged 16 pts a game when you extended him. What he did was continue being the player the Sixers extended 16 pts a game. Don't blame him. They were cowards for not signing Jimmy B instead
good show
Maxey 28.7 ppg 7.4 assist and 39% 3pt
7:55 Embiid is the most important player to this team's success. Emphasis on "Most". Yall can suffer from shiny object syndrome all day everyday but the sixers aren't going anywhere without Embiid. Maxey is already pretty good but I'd be very surprised if he got even better. I believe smaller guards reach the extent of their talent alot sooner than bigger nba players. Guys like Brunson I don't see how he could get any better.
I think if Maxey averages the same and is more efficient with better looks from outside than that's the next step. Integrating a Paul George along with some other guys will affect a stat line. The bigger question, is Oubre gonna average almost 16 ppg again? Got a lot more firepower this year. I'd like to see Tyrese work on distributing, defense, and finishing at the hoop strong if anything
Good show
