The number one reason Bulls are mediocre. Bulls failed to get another PF, playing guards and SFs instead. Heās a 10 minute backup PF. No rebound PW is horrible, sleeps walk thru games. No energy, no motivation. I canāt believe Bulls gave him a contract. Bulls deserve the poop they are now

Zack is holding him back, not just Demar.. you want him to be more, he has to be in a position to be more.

Pat Williams is just a more glorified Jonathan Isaac… remember the Bulls passed on Haliburton, Jaden McDaniels and Maxey for the dreaded three and "D" wing that every GM glaze over based off of "potential" instead of fit and what actually makes sense.
Granted, I do think that signing DeMar didn't do anything to help his development and having veterans like that didn't encourage him to score, but the issue is simple. This contract doesn't justify his performance at all. He needs to at least average close to Harrison Barnes numbers to justify the Bulls paying him $90 Million, which was absolutely a dumb contract, when he has the capabilities to be good, but my opinion about Pat is this…
He's too small to play the four, and he's too inconsistent and lackluster as an offensive player to have him play against twos and threes, if he has a Lu Dort, Jaylen Brown, Alex Caruso, Mikal Bridges or a Jaden McDaniels guarding him, he's going to get eaten alive because he's not good enough.

So the kid is 23, lead the league in iso defense at 21ā¦ never was an option in the offense with the mid 3, only scored off broken plays and kick outsā¦. This last offseason heās been focusing on getting healthy after having surgeryā¦. But we canāt give him excuses? People ONLY look at the offensive side of the ballā¦. His defense has been top tier! 1-4 positions, have been a top 3 shooter for the bulls.. and people saying itās a make or break season? So tell me who does he get more shot attempts over? Giddy? Coby, Ayo?
