  1. Congrats VC, Hall of Fame induction is a well-deserved honor for a true icon of the sport.

  2. I remember being at the Vince Carter camp in Toronto when I was 11 years old. We played a game of bump and he was shooting behind me. I told him he's not getting me out. I shot the ball it missed, he shot he swished and right after he scored he looked at me and said … BYEBYE 😂😂. He didn't care that I was 11.

You mean so much to us Vince. Thank you

  3. Vince a genuine guy! I love all of his speech, alot of the thanks, and memories wear special, especially the one about Kobe! And his family! There's another part of the journey! Be better, not in their way, in The Most High way!

  4. Thank you, Vince Carter, for all your spectacular plays and hard work on and off the court for the city of Toronto over the years. You've put our city on the map and helped provided a positive exposure on both the city of Toronto, as well as the Country of Canada, to the world. When you were playing for the Raptors, you inspired the next generation of kids to play and dream about basketball (I was one of them). You were doing things on the basketball court that captured our imaginations. You were also a very clutch player as well; a lot of people forgot about that. During your Raptors days, I discovered on my vacation back then, that people on the other side of the world knew about you and were fans of yours too. Vinsanity, Air Canada, Half Man-Half Amazing, VC, it was an honor and a pleasure to watch you play in the NBA throughout your career. In Toronto and Canada, we love you forever, Hall of Famer, Mr. Vince Carter! Congratulations!

  5. can't believe the day has come VC, man you were the reason I fell in love with ball. All kinds of emotions watching this hall of fame induction. Your impact on this sport can't be measured with words wow man you are a walking living legend. You made all of us think we can fly. Always rocked a smile too. Always so well spoken. The history of the NBA cannot be written without you. That #15 Raptors jersey will live on forever.

  6. VC#15 Raptor Legend and my Goat and one the greatest NBA players of all time, International superStar and the greatest dunker of all time. Thank you Vince, Hall of Famer!

  7. Bro, I like Vince, I followed his whole career, but he wasn't good enough to warrant a speech this long.

  8. As a Toronto kid, T-Mac and VC is the biggest “what if” in my books. Would have been something special.

  9. People need to stop bubbling him in , just being a dunker lol. When he retired he was top 10 in 3 pointers. Led the history of the league in 3point game winners . And he was behind Kobe all time game winners, over 25k points . He can shoot that thing too!

  10. i like Vince i always have..he was so exciting to watch it didnt matter if the raptors didnt win a championship the excitment this guy put on while he was in the game would fill teh seats.. his talent and gift for basketball was really unmatched by many his dunks and eveyrthing were awesome he has to be a fan favorite of all raptors ever. McGrady was good but Carter was somethign else to watch this guy would do dunks in game that guys would only dare even try in practice or a dunk competition..entertaining.

  11. I never got to see him play but I had tickets to a Hawks vs Bucks game for April 12th, 2020 on my birthday to get a chance to see this guy for one of the last games he’d ever play.
Then of course Covid happened and I missed it. But to this day I still wonder how electric this guy must’ve been to watch in his prime.

  12. Thank you Vince, inspiring me and giving me that headband against Portland back in 2012.
still agure your greatness today, Biggest fan in Portland Oregon, wear 15 today cause of you 👏🏾 congrats on a amazing career
