“Half Man, Half Amazing” As Vince Carter enters the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame, lets look back to one of his greatest moments during his time as a Dallas Maverick, and one of the greatest moments in Mavs History.
In the American Airlines Center Game 3 of the first round of the NBA Playoffs versus the San Antonio Spurs. With 1.7 seconds left on the clock, Spurs up 108-106, Vince hits a game winner Buzzer Beater over Manu Ginobili to give Dallas a 2-1 lead in the series.

  1. I remember watching this live, as a Spurs fan. Pure disbelief. Incredibly clutch. Pleasure to watch Vince play.

  2. One of the biggest shots in Mavs history. Congratulations to Vince getting into the HOF. Well deserved 🎉

  3. Best Game I’ve EVER Been To. First Basketball Game My Pops (Spurs Fan) And I Went To. I Showed Out Like A Mf😂

  4. I will always remember this moment. I was watching it live and we also noticed the score gets F-ed up initially lol 😂

  5. We were the only group in that playoffs to take the eventually champs to a game 7 and not to mention we were a above average team

  6. Talkn buzzers. 4Qs, 12 min ea, 2-4, with movement initiations @ 10, 7, 5 & 3 sec. 300 pts play. In the hot Texas sun & my pen didn't drip, smear or run.

  7. My takeaway from this is, is that there is a Mark Followill call of this somewhere that I never knew about.
